Chocolate Eclair Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 3 oz packages French vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 oz Cool Whip
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 can chocolate frosting

Steps

  1. Mix the pudding and milk together. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes.

  2. Fold the Cool Whip and sour cream into the pudding mixture.

  3. Cover the bottom of a cake pan with a layer of graham crackers.

  4. Spread the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.

  5. Crumble some graham crackers over the top.

  6. Microwave the chocolate frosting (lid off) for 30-40 seconds, then pour over the top.

  7. Refrigerate until set before serving.
